We provide a specific single part bedding adhesive in white or black which is available in either 0.48kg cartridges or foil covered 1Kg sausages for gun type dispensers as used here. 

Once you have created a panel of about 2m², mask off the edge to prevent any excess.

Next peel back the centre sheet on one side and apply bedding adhesive using the glue gun.  One kg and 300 gramms of adhesive will cover approximately 1m². 

To spread the adhesive evenly, it is best to use the recommended Teak-it-Easy spreader. 

Ensure the spreader is kept vertical to maximise the size of the grooves giving a complete bond when the decking is laid. 

Then lay the sheet back down and use the roller to apply a firm and even pressure over the whole area guaranteeing that the adhesive enters the dove tails in the underside of Teak-it-Easy extrusion. 

Then repeat the process on the opposite side.  This way the e

internal panel stays in exactly the right position.  Do not join sections any larger than 2m² as this is the limit in terms of working time and coverage of 2kg of adhesive.
