Next apply the bedding adhesive, lay the margins and leave to dry for approximately 24 hours.  .........

Once cured removed the masking tape carefully and clean up any surface adhesive that may have oozed out after rolling. 

The advantage of this method is that once bedded the margins can act as a solid border against which to dry fit the remaining infill decking strips.
